Musical news at St John's

Our Organ Scholars who left St John's this summer, have both moved on to further jobs within music. Jemima is to be Organ Scholar at Queens College. Cambridge, and Josh is organist at St Aidan's Church, and organ scholar at Doncaster Minster. We wish them both well in their new posts.

Georgina, who left us a little while ago, will be starting a music degree at Manchester in the Autumn. We wish her well also.

Fraser Wilson, former choral scholar and sub-organist, is now Director of Music at St Bartholomew's Church in Dublin.

Rosie Cooke, who sang in our chamber choir, bade farewell in grand style with a concert at the end of August.  She has also moved to Dublin to take up a choral scholarship at Christchurch Cathedral.

We welcome back Robert Nottingham to the choir after three years in Leicester. He returns to Sheffield to begin a masters at the University.
